What devices does it run on?
Web on any browser, fully responsive on phones and tablets. No app to install. Crews in the field use the same login from their phone browser.
Are prices in CAD?
Yes. All prices are CAD and GST/HST is added based on your billing province. We never charge in USD.
Are there per-job fees?
Never. Markup does not process payments, so Markup takes nothing per transaction, zero percent, no hidden cut. Your customer pays you directly: e-Transfer, cheque, card, cash, however they already pay you. Markup writes the invoice, tracks the 28-day clock, and chases late payments. You keep 100% of every dollar.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings, no phone calls, no retention scripts. Annual plans are pro-rated to the end of the term.
